How to set fps project properties in iMovie v 10 (Maverick update)

This tutorial show how to set the Frames Per Second, the frame rate in the project settings in the new iMovie version 10. The frame rate in the project setting are the fps your video vil be in the end result.
This iMovie version in the tutorial are 10.0.3

When you look at the 3 pictures here you may remember the way we did this in older versons of iMovie.

So far there are no option to do this in iMovie v 10.0.3. We must hope this will be an option in later versions.

But so far I found a way around the problem. I show you this in detail in the youtube video embedded here.

I found out that when you start with a blank project and import a file with a specific frame rate, the project frame rate will be sett automatically to the frames per second of the first file.
I then made three 10 seconds video files with frame rates according to cinema, pal and ntsc, 23,98    25 and 29,97 fps.  I am sure you have your own files for this but if you want to you are free to download what I call switch files here:
